Do you want to change pricing plan?
I have just noticed that on each listing there are tick boxes to show which category we want the listing to show in. I tried to put 2 ticks – places to shop and Explore – against Panache and it wouldnt let me select more than one category. This is something that needs to be looked at.
Then I had a look at The Old Schoolhouse listing to see if I could select B&B and selfcatering but neither option was on the list?? The options were on the Panache list though which is strange.
Hi Jan / Mike,
Please see the comment below for the answer to the multiple category query.
I have added The Old School House to the B&B category.
Hope this helps,
I have just noticed we are missing some listings that were on the old website. This may be because they have 2 categories? e.g. The Old Bakery and The Halfway House are both missing from Places to Eat.
Ryan – please can you cross check the old website as there may be others that havent been swapped across?
Yes, this was because these businesses fall under two categories.
It is not possible for a user / business owner to select two categories – this is built to prevent abuse of the system i.e. someone listing their business under every category – it must be done by an administrator.
To add a listing to multiple categories, from the backend select: listings > the listing you wish to update > QUICK EDIT (not Edit) > tick the relevant categories > save changes.
I dont have many photos to add on to the Explore listings I have added, although I have added some wording. Shall I find some stock images or do you want to add them if you have any on your files?MW- please can you add some stock images.
I will e-mail you the list of attractions further afield. How do you think we should show this? I have found all the web addresses to help. I have listed the main ones approx 1 hour from here.
The Explore searches do not all work and do not show all things to do/places to visit. This is an important one to resolve – I have a feeling you are already looking at this?
Weddings – need to add Whitsand Fort and Mount Edgcumbe.
“Place for all seasons” needs to go back on home page.
Claim listings process needs test driving again – I will ask John to try this again for us and give feedback.
A couple of updates needed to Membership section – I e-mailed you those last night Mike. MW – page updated
Sarah suggested adding in some Rame History wording, I have some from the old website so we need to consider this.
Dog friendly/child friendly – good thing to include as options on places to eat and shops too.
Need to differentiate B&Bs and self catering – plus of course some places offer both.
Calendar for events, as discussed.
Ryan, I sent you photos for The Vaults and Beaches swimming – can you please add?g. Did you find the missing e-mails as discussed? Thanks. Jan
Need to make access easier for members, abit more user friendly. Claiming e-mails and editing is not as easy it it should be.
Wgen you add a listing it says you can have up to 10 listings for £60. This is not the case, only one listing. Price for more than one listing contact enquiries e-mail address etc.
Still going to Whats On when you click Visit Rame icon on top menu bar!!
There is still no option as a Tourist to select B and B or self catering – accommodation seems to show all listings?
Hi, when I log on ro the site, the old Home Page comes up and then swaps to the video – weird!
Ref options, it is when the accommodation page shows all the options boxes at the top, it looks odd. Realistically a visitor wont filter on whether there is a kettle or microwave. – TO BE DISCUSSED
I also thought “Sign In” may be abit confusing – who is it intended for? Maybe it would be best to say “Members login” and “Not a member yet? Sign in” or something like that!! – TO BE DISCUSSED
I will send across the other comments from the meeting. – JF
One was that Mike was going to consider the What’s on categories in terms of better titles – e.g. Major Events; Festivals; Local Community events etc. Mike will send the list across as agreed last week. – MW

Hi Mike and Ryan
I have been updating categories – so for each business I have updated if they are covered by more than one category. This make the site work better – if you search B and B they should all come up. Mike – I wasnt sure whether you want Sandways also as B and B?
Not sure why we have 2 listings for Polhawn Fort in accommodation? One without a photo? Thanks, Jan

Add availability calendars? Or has that been done.
As discussed, availability calendars can be added to any listing, but they are a paid option – $15 per year.
The original test listing, which is due to be removed before go live, has the availability calendar feature enabled still:
I would like to include a download brochure facility for the PDF brochure that we have on the original site.
Can we have all languages as we did on the other website?
Can we have FB symbol on new website.
Ryan, signing in as new user via Google option throws up an error message. I have just had this feedback from new member, thanks, Jan
