Margery Hill is a large 18th Century, recently extended, stone built cottage, hidden on Higher Row, Kingsand (to the rear of Cliff House Bed and Breakfast). Upstairs the accommodation sleeps 5/6 people and consists of 2 double bedrooms and a single bedroom with an additional pull-out bed. There are 2 shower rooms (one of which has a small bath).Downstairs is an open plan living room - divided into 2 seating areas - one with a log burner. There is also a TV, video, DVD and CD players, and a selection of books which can be borrowed. There is a conservatory at the front of the cottage and the south facing garden terrace is ideal for al-fresco eating and barbecues.The dining room can seat up to 8 people and leads through to a newly modernised kitchen which includes - Fridge Freezer, Extra Large Electric Cooker with Gas Hob, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer. We also provide a Gas barbecue.Breakfast and Evening meals are available to be booked at Cliff House - special dietary requirements can be catered for. Some local restaurants will also deliver. Children are welcome and babysitting can be arranged. A charge of £25 per week per dog is made, for insurance purposes. The cottage has heating throughout and all linen and towels are provided.Margery Hill Cottage is non-smoking.Bookings are usually 7 days - Friday to Friday but can be negotiated. Off Peak Short breaks (min 3 nights) are subject to availability.
