Royal William Yard

No items found.

Situated in the Stonehouse region of Plymouth, Royal William Yard is a spectacular venue for living, working and having fun. In the past it was a Naval Victualing Yard, but more recently developers Urban Splash have opened up the Yard to the public and brought life back into the old buildings with a mixture of living, working, retail and leisure space.

Designed by Victorian architect Sir John Rennie and constructed between 1825 and 1831, Royal William Yard is steeped in history. Today it is home to a variety of commercial and residential spaces including leisure, office and retail.

The Mills Bakery is home to a range of apartments available at the yard, including micro apartments, bay apartments and corner apartments with fantastic views. The apartments complement the existing features of Mills Bakery which includes massive granite and limestone walls, exposed timber roof beams and arched windows.
