EVEN THE LOCALS DON'T KNOW WE'RE HERE

Nicely tucked away constitutes the south wing of Orchard House. The house itself lies within the grounds of Millbrook's 18th century Manor House.

The stone wall surrounding the south wing is original to the period and within it lies the large spacious garden. The tree laden lawn has a dedicated outdoor dining area, a BBQ and a sheltered sunbathing patio with rural views behind the village.

Inside you will discover a large conservatory with its own pool table.

Behind lies the dining room and living room. The living room is complimented with a PS5 games console and a retro games table.  Free Wi-Fi is also available.

The galley kitchen lies next to the living room and comes with a fridge /freezer, washing machine/drier. Ceramic hob/electric oven, microwave.  There is a well appointed downstairs bathroom with heated towel rails.

Upstairs we have a large twin room with views over the east garden. The master bedroom has a comfortable King size bed with views of the west garden and village. Next door is a shower room with a toilet, sink and heated towel rails .

Underfloor central heating throughout the property.

Parking for up to two cars are adjacent to the lawn, with EV hook up if required.

Access to the village and the facilities is down an ancient tree laden driveway in the Manor grounds.
