provides an ideal base for exploring the South West.

As the name suggests, Whitsand Bay Fort is uniquely
located on the grounds of a coastal fort that was built to help see off a
potential attack from the French Navy during the ‘Napoleonic’ age,
protecting the principle Naval Bases of Plymouth.

Whether you're camping or unwinding in your luxurious Sunset View Chalet (Radar Station),the site is in an idyllic location to enjoy days out at the beach, splashing around in the indoor heated swimming pool, or relaxing and admiring the breathtaking views from vantage points around the site!

You are welcome to bring your four-legged friends with you, with up to two dogs allowed per pitch and in the lodge.

Enjoy a leisurely meal in The Fort Inn Pub and Restaurant, an underground
historic building which was built in 1890 and used as an ammunition depot
during the war.

The chefs are passionate about what they do and produce
food on a daily basis to a very high standard.
